Public Relations Project Manager
The public relations project manager will have the ability to work on managing both proactive and reactive media, as well as work closely with internal customers to write and develop communications and media plans. The project manager will work independently to develop strategic plans and media promotions. The project manager will guide their own work and make strategic decisions, based on input from Norton Healthcare leadership. The project manager will manage multiple projects, and work with outside vendors. The project manager is responsible for carrying out brand standards, building effective work teams and is accountable for deadlines and metrics. The project manager will set high standards for their work and be accountable for successfully completing projects. The project manager will demonstrate decision-making skills through planning, strategic thinking, time allocation and the meeting of deadlines. The project manager will be responsible for reflecting Norton Healthcare’s brand and its mission, vision and values in communication vehicles and interactions. The project managers must have strong writing skills, and be familiar with the AP Stylebook.
The Digital Storyteller will work within a committed, energized, multi discipline team, based in Louisville KY to develop and co-create new products with a community, build them and test market acceptance using lean startup methodologies. Because many ideas and designs will be new, the successful candidate will have to demonstrate the ability to take inputs from many constituents and capture the dynamic environment of co-creation in a way that engages the community through social media.

Graphic Design and Communications Manager (Marketing and Communications)
Speed Art Museum
Responsible for the graphic design and overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with the Museums brand identity, marketing and communications strategy, commitments and goals. Assists with the coordination and dissemination of the Museums brand, public information and marketing materials through social media, direct mail, print advertising and other delivery methods. Provides coordination and support for the marketing and communications department.
