Contract Senior Account Executive

AKHIA, an integrated agency, is currently seeking a part-time, Senior Account Executive Contractor to remotely join their team. The individual who fills this role will have an opportunity to work both remotely (from home) and on-site at a key client’s office in Louisville.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote project management support to AKHIA and its client located in Louisville
• Develop, execute and maintain strategic marketing communications plans, project work plans, schedules and budgets
• Identify internal and external resources needed and distribute work accordingly
• Measure and report campaign and project successes
• Lead and contribute to creative content development while ensuring the direction given is on brand and on message for campaign/creative
• Meet with Louisville-based client regularly to accept new projects, manage projects, provide updates and manage timelines
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and act in a professional manner
• Understand client priorities and strategies
• Seek out and communicate meaningful insights from key accounts and the market
• Provide market feedback as it relates to competitors, new products and trends
• Identify client business needs and proactively present opportunities to channel leaders

Required Skills/Qualifications/Education *

• Highly organized & detailed, with ability to manage numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated account and project management skills – proactive, driven, and forward-thinking
• Must be flexible, hours will fluctuate and candidate must be available to work up to 30 hours per week Monday through Friday between 8-5 to attend meetings at Louisville-based client office
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, internally and externally
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management and strategic planning with strong writing capabilities
• At least some agency experience is a must
• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field is a must

-Working knowledge of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniuture, WebTrends and other tools.
-Experience in creative content writing.
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
-Working knowledge of ad service tools.
-Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
-Experience in ecommerce, SEO, email marketing and social media
-Working knowledge of automated marketing and email management tools and analysis.
-Experience in optimizing landing pages.
-Proven working experience in digital marketing, and demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media required.
-Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%.
