Horsepower: Yum!’s Internal Communications team drives company culture

You’ll be hearing Yum!’s name a lot over the next week as the presenting sponsor of the Kentucky Derby. The title sponsor – known for their company culture – fuels breakthrough results by encouraging everyone to contribute to “their piece of Yum!.”

Achieving these results only happens through partnership – and Yum!’s internal communications team is paramount to enabling that partnership. With a team focused on keeping the employee experience #1, gaps can be bridged between functions and organizational silos broken down, all while keeping the company culture as a driving force.

Come to our April 28 luncheon to hear from Leslie Dorris and learn how Yum!’s internal communications team uses that culture to drive results.
